Hi Stampers, welcome to my Creative Spa!
I have one more day of Cutie Pie projects that are dealing with the holidays. Specifically Christmas. It has been the hottest this year in Maine, and I am working on winter projects.
When I posted Rudolf a bit ago, I was challenged to make a Santa. I wasn’t sure about doing a punch art face, so I decided to do his belly. I used a 1/4″ strip of grosgrain ribbon for his belt. A piece of gold glimmer paper for his belt buckle.
Then I decided there needed to be a snowman to go with the group. What is winter without Frosty? I embossed whisper white card stock with the Decorative Dots embossing folder to give a snowy effect. The Cutie Pie die includes the die that creates the bow Frosty is wearing. His buttons of coal are made with the owl punch. The hat is a strip of black card stock, and a piece punched from the one inch square punch. The leaves and heart are also punched with the owl punch. I had some small googley eyes and a scrap piece of orange for the nose. He is so stinkin” cute. Fill him with some chocolate and he will be the hottest snowman this winter
